Help with my 3rd season with Arsenal.

Hi there,
I'm looking for advice for a good young left back to replace Andre Santos, I have Cheik M'Bengue but I need cover for him.
Also I'm looking for again a good young advanced playmaker to replace Arteta. I have Wilshere and Sneijder but I occasionaly play Wilshere slightly deeper as I play a 4231 with Wilshere dropping deeper and replacing a ball winning midfielder.
Finally I am looking to bring the best out of Carlos Fierro as he hasnt exactly set the world alight since joining in the summer. Is he best played as a poacher as I've seen mentioned, or is he best played as one of two strikers rather than on his own?

ganso to replace arteta and cissoko to replace santos

Not sure about Ganso, I've heard that he's injury prone, and Cissokho is maybe a bit too old. Have you had good experiences with these two players?
Also any advice on the best use for Carlos Fierro?
