So lately I have been testing a new tactic with Chelsea, At Madrid and my local team Breiðablik, I always seem to score a lot of goals but my middle is just to weak, and I cant seem to be able to have a clean sheet.

Here are my midfield player roles:

MC : Ball winning midfielder (Essien or Muntari)
AMC : Advanced Playmaker (Lampard or Gourcuff)

So my question is how can i strengthen my middle without weakening my attack?

Your far too weak in the midfield area to play 2 out and out wingers.

either play a 4231 or a 41122 which would be 1 DM, 1 MC, 2 wingers and 2 strikers

I tested the 4-1-1-2-2 but the results didint go my way. Thnx for the reply though,

Didn't really get your OP. You cant really get clean sheet but you are finding ways to strengthen your midfield without weakening your defense...

you can try 4231 if thats really what you meant, push one striker back in either for cm or dm. JP woody has a lot of classic 4231 tactics for u to consider, even the newest Germany styled.

Yeah that was an error, i meant my attack. Fixed :D

try your wingers as inside forwards and on support

Yep, trying right now, am competing against Sheff Utd so I should really win.

Just finished the game, went really well, 5-0 with my left winger Jovetic scoring from a longshot, but that is excactly what the inside forward (support) is supposed to do, so if my form continues like this then i thank you very much but then again.

I was competing against Sheffield United....
