Hi Guys i need help with finding a formation and traning schedules and young talent tht will help me win the la liga Help

If you want to emulate their current tactic play 4-3-3 with Iniesta advanced playmaker CM, Messi CF deep lying forward. Then have Pedro/Affelay and Villa as inside forwards at AMR, AML. Attacking full backs, ball playing defenders and the team takes care of itself.

From last night, you could see the movement from Pedro and Villa was significant so make sure they have freedom to make the runs. And encourage, Iniesta and Xavi to pass(through balls) often and shoot rarely so they can find the runs.

You should be able to win the league without signing anyone but if you want to bring in younsters to replace Xavi, Puyol, Abidal etc. I would recommend Howedes, Hummels, Aly Cissoko, Corchia not sure about a good replacement for Xavi maybe Poli.

I personally use a 4-3-3 to great effect
this tactic (http://qr.net/caly)
Used Dunc's training schedules (Dunc's Training - V1.2 - Medium Workload - Downloads - FM-Base - Football Manager 2011 Tactics, Wonderkids, Updates & Cheats)
Young talent wise i signed luis gustavo (as lb) and javi martinez (cm box-to-box)

What he said. Put Messi upfront and use the Messi tactic in here for him:

This was created by laffles on this forum, and it is incredible for Messi...

I have used it in 12 games so far, he has 13 assists and 12 goals :D

Re-train Villa as a Left Winger and play him there. Pedro as Right Winger. The rest should be self explanatory...

I'd personally advise a 4-6-0.

Standard Barca 4-3-3 but Drop Messi into AM so he gets more space.

Exactly what I do.

DM - Busquets - up to you.
CM - Iniesta - Advanced playmaker attack.
CM - Xavi - Deep-lying playmaker support.

LAM - Villa Inside forward (swap with Pedro in player instructions)
CAM - Messi Trequartista
RAM - Pedro inside forward (swap with Villa in player instructions)

Its by far the most versatile Barca formation, and what they use IRL. Both Ferdinand and Vidic said after the Champs league final 'They play with no striker so you've got no-idea who to mark'

You can play Iniesta in AM too and Launch Messi to a wing if you really want to

I'd also invest in a better DM, Daniele De Rossi, Arturo Vidal or Michael Essien.

Agreed and you have Afellay who can play in various positions and suits the formation on the bench. The formation makes the attackers pretty much un-markable allowing them to play their football the way they want.

Note: The post you quoted was meant to be: Xavi - deep-lying and Iniesta advanced in case you were a bit confused ;)

No need, Busquets is already one of the best DM and only gets better. And if you were to get Vidal, Essien or De Rossi they all like to get forward and use their stamina and work-rate, but you need somebody who will protect the defence and allow the full-backs to attack.

Yeah, but I hate him :D

An Attacking Defensive Midfielder (Oxymoron, i know :P) is what I like anyway. If you are Barca you don't need much protection for your defence... With the right tactic, you have an average of like 65% of the possession, and can score up to 4 goals a game.

So what Pique and Puyol can hold off a whole attack? If you want to play like Barca you need a holding midfielder because the full backs go flying up the pitch. And if you have a holding midfielder you can easily get 70-75% possession and 5, 6 or 7 goals a game.

No, I am saying they won't have to hold off much attacks when you have 65+% of possession every game... And they are very capable of holding off what little attacks they have to.

Also, when all three of them have 17 tackling and positioning and concentration of 16+, they are highly capable of protecting Pique and Puyol as well as going forward. Busquets, on the other hand, is only, really good for defending... Oh, and getting sent off and diving.

Busquets is a quality DM, he has a great Bond with Xavi, Iniesta and Messi. He passes well and tackles hard.

He's a top class player no doubt, but Yes, some players are better. Vidal fits perfectly into any Barca team as he can add to the creativity of the Midfield.

Abidal never really ventures forwards, he acts as a 3rd CB. Alves really really attacks. so don't make that mistake of sending them both forwards if you want to re-create them.

Abidal does venture forward nowhere near as much as Alves, but he does. And what about when Adriano or Maxwell are playing? They bomb forward just like Alves.

@livipunk What I'm saying is when they're outside the opposition box they can't get back, which leaves Pique, Puyol and maybe Abidal. just because Barca have the majority of the possession it doesn't mean that when the opposition get the ball they can't break with 3 or 4 players and outnumber the defence. And there's not just Busquets there's Mascherano too, no need for another CDM.

So what is the best formatin to use. Does anyone have the 4-6-0 to upload.

I thought Mascherano was a Commanding Centre Half? :P

I always sell him, don't rate him at all, IRL and in FM. Gets sent off too often, and isn't as technically gifted as I like in a player.

I know what you are saying. This beginning to round in circles a bit... But I'll repeat what i said. WHEN that happens, Pique and Puyol - and as laffles said, Abidal, didn't take him into account before - are all capable of defending a situation like that. All three of the players I recommended are better than Busquets and Mascherano, IMO.

i always get one, or even a second one of them a few seasons on, when I go Barca. I rate Vidal and De Rossi especially in the top 5 central midfielders in the game - beside Xavi, Iniesta and Sneijder
