I'd like to play with this formation (442) if it is possible, I prefer playing with a control style

I know it isn't 442, but 442 is usually not that good.

It seems to work well for me, even with inexperience strikers up front (I can play neymar+babacar upfront against a mid-table team and still scores 2-3).

It will take 5-10 games to settle down, you can see in match preperation how familiar your team are with the tactic. If all the bars are full and it isn't working you should try something out like 433.

I would try play babacar as a poacher atm but thats just personal preference, since he is very fast etc. but his finishing etc. hasn't fully developed.
