Help With My Strikers

im playing as newcastle on pactch 9.2.
my strikers just arnt playing well together. they are:

Mario Ballotelli
Oscar cardozo
Andrea Carraciolo
Alberto Paloschi

one striker will get a rating of around 7.0+while other gets a rating of around 6.0

could anyone tell me what tactics would suit these players.

play one striker upfront with bolotelli on the wing and cardozo upfront by himself, try and train one of the others to a AMC role if cardozo is not (cant remember) would have cardozo in AMC role and Paloschi upfront with bolatelli on the left!

cardozo great long shots from deep and play target man, but put "run on to" for paloschi
