This is my formation and team below. I've used it for the past 3 seasons, I've won the Premier League once and 2 fa cups, not too good to be honest and the board is pressuring me now. My problem is the CM's they do not play well and never stand out Iv'e tried them out in many different roles but nothing really seems to click any ideas?
