Currently I am playing a network game against a friend with Barcelona (vs. Real Madrid).
I am using the tactic shown below, and it works (almost) perfect. In am now in the fourth season, and won the league without losing.

So, what is your problem and why do you need advice, might you think?
First, I just can not win the clashes between my mate and me. Sometimes it's a draw, but for the second season I lost the Champions League final from him.
Second, I just want to try something else. I like strikers, and now I can only use one (the false nine). Besides that it is very hard to find good (left) wingers, so I want a new tactic which is focussed on the strength of my team (attack and midfield). And besides that, this tactic does not fit Messi very well. He scores quite a lot, but has not the ratings he could get.
I have created the tactic from the images below myself, but I don't seem to score a lot of goals and concede a lot more than in my first tactic.
