Help with Plymouth

Anyone got a tactic I can use for my Plymouth game?

I used the 4-2-3-1 (Deep) formation, got promoted to the premiership and it worked well. I was in the year 2012 when i took over though so i dont know how it will do for you.

4-2-3-1 was my best formation whan I've played with Red Star,but I don't think it is a good tactic for England.Try 3-5-2 wit wing backs,did wonders for me in Championship
