help with running the game

sorry im new and im not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but when i try to run the game i see an error message that says that theres missing some essential data, and i dont know what to do

btw i have windows 7 and im playing the hacked version but thats not the problem because my friends tried it and it worked
 
here is some advice - don't rip people off and go and pay £20 for the game from any of the multitude of official sources...
 
I always go on Utorrent and type in football manager then put Trojan! on the comments so people think it has a trojan and dont download :)
 
piratebay is for the cool cats, utorrent is pants. N guess thats an inc perm ban for the above!
 
Why don't you buy the full game?

Then you would not have any issues...
