Help with saving

Im have just finished my 6th season as Liverpool and won everything and now I want to resign, is there anyway I can save my Liverpool save now so I can come back to it wheneve I want and also make a new save carrying on my career with another team?

Yes you can save it with one name then resign and save it with an different save and now you have two different saves one with liverpool and the other for you carry on any club any help needed say
