can anyone explain me how to set up a scout to scout a tournament, for example the u21 world cup

can anyone explain me how to set up a scout to scout a tournament, for example the u21 world cup

Firstly you need be in U21 world cup year if not it's impossible to add it.
Then:
You go to scouting tab -> recruitment focus -> create a recruitment focus -> check any position -> Areas -> Competitions
Add the rest stuff you wanna search for like potential or current ability and you got it.
