I did very well first season won the premier league and FA Cup.

But second season i dont seem to be doing very well:/ in the second season i signed Vagner Love and De gea as my number 1.

I use onox 4-3-3 and have shaped my squad around it:/ What do i do now? i draw /lose alot of games compared to last season

Maybe the tactic has gone stale. Make a few tweaks to the PI's.

See who underperforming ect, have a look at how your conceding and again make little tweaks to the tactics.

i dont like making tweaks because to be honest im a ****** haha

You have a wide pitch so you need to play a wide formation.

Lol well im not sure what tactic you are using. Why dont you upload some screen shots of your tactic, formation and set up. A few of your results recently, and we will see if we can help.

as for my results - I win but i win badly. Won west ham 4-3 but i had a penalty in the 80th minute

Lost 1-0 to newcastle
lost 4-2 to chelsea
drawed with bolton

There's no such thing as a "bad" win. A win is a win... All clubs go through bad spells, you can't expect to hammer every team you play against - well if you want the game to be realistic, that is. You are 1st in November, that's pretty good considering Man City, Chelsea and probably Liverpool will have made big signings.

Only thing I would criticise is playing a narrow formation at Old Trafford... You have two good wingers in Valencia and Nani, you should use them, unless you sold them?

try this tactic for MU and Chelsea...I test it and its awesome...of course you will need few games so players can adapte to formation...I saw your players...listen now put training for pastore AMR and play his on that position, Rossi - training AML...Pastore is best winger ever in FM 2011 eather left or right...hazard is also good...this tactic is set up to swap wingers so you will have a lot of assistance and goals from them...im still testing wingers shots from edge like Ronaldo, Robben and messi and its progress very good...try it and tell me how its going

I also use Onox and have failed to win a league title in 7 seasons, 6 seasons with Sporting CP (finished 2nd 3 times and won 5 cups) and once with Valencia, finished 5th in my first season of asking, having taken over when they were struggling in mid table. I love using Onox though as it suits my style of play, I often push back the centre midfielder to a defensive position for extra security against the bigger teams. Beat Barcelona and Sevilla in the first season.
