Help with some Team Instructions

I need some help with some team instructions for the following formation:

I want to be able to exploit the wide players as much as possible by using the midfield trio to protect the defense and quickly play balls to the wide men.

I have created the player roles that I want but cant find the right team instructions that work, if anyone could recommend any it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

You're saying you need the right TI's but if you want the midfield trio to protect the defence isn't having one of them as an AP hurting the philosophy?

Maybe not but just seems like it would.
