help with sub division databse

I am doing a second division, which has 4 sub divisions in it and I want only 4 teams to promote thus the top team of each sub division only. But when I go to make the championship decider it tells me that the promoted teams must be set as 0, and when I set it as 0 it tells me the number of relegated teams from first division <4> don’t match the number of teams promoted <0> :S

Why not try using a promotion playoff instead?

What if you set the number of relegated team to 2/3? I remember having this problem in FM10...
