Both full backs on attack duty, but lacking the two holding midfielders to cover for them.
retain possession, shorter passing and work ball into box all three at the same time combined with a fluid shape , it's not making the build up pretty difficult ? i mean it's enough space for players not to step on each other foot?

He seems to have lots of shots but not on target so not scoring much

Well, his team played 42 games (at least 30 in PL and 6 in Champions League + some games in England cups) and scored 92 goals. This is really good because he uses two playmakers and three offensive players who act as a "half playmakes" when they have the ball (inside forwards and complete forward on support duty + fluid mentality + retain posession + overlap). Just for info, how many goals conceded this team ?

Sorry, I think I posted the wrong video. This video should be more helpful if you want to play a 4-2-3-1.

No width, no penetration into the box/clear route to goal. Unbalanced in general. Tell him to research.

Playing control with only two men in midfield. No defensive midfield to cover the full backs who are attacking. Inside forwards are cutting inside rather than providing for the striker. No player to transition between midfield and defence
