Help with tactics!!!!! Please!

I am currently managing Crawley and have Brian Horton as Assistant Manager. In the backroom advice he says the following "Brian Horton is concerned that we struggle against teams that play with a high defensive line".

How do I improve my teams performance against this???

Basically by using fast attacking players who can beat the offside trap.

Thanks. One more quick question - how long do you have to wait between separate approaches to the board. I have approached them a number of times and now everything is faded out in grey and has been for around 6 weeks - I would like more coaches!!!!!!

certain ones appear every few weeks but not all of them, just be patient and keep checking. also take no notice of brian hortan as hes useless, you should always have a fast striker especially in lower leagues
