HELP WITH TACTICS!!

i have recently bought the game and are really struggling this is the first time i have bought a FM game so i am a newbie. i am currently failing at trying to manage santos can anybody please advise me and show me in the right direction

do u want to create ur own cos if so i can't help as i tend to create average at best tactics. if ur comfortable downloading tactics ready made then try kofloks goals galore and some of xenons are really good also, at least they work great in europe not sure bout south america. raikan, mr hough and jp woody also make very good tactics but there is still an element of trial and error as good as they are
