Help with team selection screen

Hello, I registered about 2 weeks ago but have been reading for a while and loving the stories section!

I am a pretty basic FM player have not added anything to it like skins or faces and am a bit of a technophobe. But I need one of my fellow FMer's help!

I'm about 13 seasons into a Liverpool game and somehow on my team selection screen I did something that meant when I select my team it no longer automatically puts my team at the top of my squad list. They remain in their place in my squad list that is arranged by position. I can click it myself at the top but then next game when I clear my squad (which I do every game part for ease of selection and part for superstition) my squad is in a different order. Then I put to organise by position and it doesn't put my team at the top again once selected.

I'm hoping one of you much more technologically gifted and younger players than me can help me with a simple solution to solve this. Many thanks in advance.
 
Where it has your players in your team and the positions they will be playing, click the very top of that column. That may solve it

Thanks but that works for one game but then when I clear my side again my squad goes in a random order which takes ages to pick the team. I guess I'm just being lazy and will have to click the columns every game!
 
maybe don't clear your side and only swap the players out that you dont want in the team for that game?
 
Yeah that would work but isn't how it was at the start of the game. Plus its kind of a superstition to clear my side!! I have some strange superstitions like not changing my view on the game screen until 10 minutes has gone!
 
I don't think there's anything we can say, your superstition has us beat :P ;)
