How do you create a team with completely new players and adding it into a league?

- Do you have to create all the new players individually before you create the team? This acctually goes for the stadium, aswell.
- When I write the name of the team in the "norwegian section" it doesnt show up, but it does when I write it in the english one. Why? Do I have to write it in all the languages?

I really hope you can help me.

How do I open the editor?

I knew how to do it before, but since steam decides it needs to take over my games and not let me view my own files.. How do I open it via steam?
