Ideally I'd like Kiyotake behind Rodrigo or Borriello. I'd also like Armero to have a huge influence in the team. Noble is amazing, the only player who plays well when I lose. However, I lose all the time, this is the first season.

Hey, West Ham fan here.
First, you're selling Arian!? Noooo!
If you want Rodrigo playing, I'd partner him with big AC. I think Rodrigo is a good poacher type player so he should be complimented with AC.
I'd go Nocerino as box to box or deep-lying playmaker.
Noble as DLP - Defend

Just be very patient because West Ham unfortunately are very difficult to use on this game.
