Help with this team please!!

My team is good however they can win one game 3-0 then lose the next easily. Away games are the main problem and I have tried to alter my tactics for away days. I do not score enough and concede too much as well. I also bought shaqiri who in theory should be good but constantly shoots from range and never scores. The tactic is set to shoot rarely and I have tried to train him to stop shooting but that doesn't work. My top scorer has 6 goals and my strikers do not consistently score. My best players are:
