help with training

how do you install a downloaded training regime ??

Where you would normally put the tactics file and other files such as db matches exc there is no training file so how do you insert it and acess it in the game ??

also how do you do teh same with shortlists when there also is no file for this under sports interactive/fm 2009

copy the regime to my docs, sports interactive, footy manager 2009, schedules...
then go to training senior, schedules, click eidit, then import and select the relevant file.

for shortlists its the same but put the file in shortlists folder. Import shortlist from shortlist screen. bottom right "shortlists"... import etc etc.
