Hey guys!
I finally decide to deal with training myself. Any advice? i did a couple weeks with pretty much 2 or 3 days all 3 sections filled but my assistant keeps telling me that its pretty low intensity for this part of the season.
How much physical training should i put? I thought t try having one day full intense/match and one lower.
I ll continue trying things. I hope you share some of your experiences.ll
