Help with under 18 team!

What should I give Harrogate Town?

I need help with making a team that is completely under the age of 18 (so 17 and below). I am going to put all these players into Harrogate Town FC in the Conference North and see how long it will take to get to the premiership and win the champions league. I also did something very similar in Football Manager 2007. But anyway here is what I have and need: Also I have added Current and Potential Ability.

The layout of below is Name, Club, Age, Current Ability and Potential Ability:

Please let me know how you get on with Harrogate. I also added some staff and changed contracts for a longer period of time.

Mats Rits is around 17 I think, Belgian? CM

And I think Dodo is, lb/lwb at some Brazilian team. There's a ' above the second letter of his name, on phone atm so can't put it lol

To try and avoid this I will put them on a long-term contract and change their loyalty to 20 to have a better chance of keeping them.
 
Striker:

Jan Chun - free - 17

Midfield:

Johann Laureiro - Colon - 17

Attacking Midfield:

Rasmus Falk - OB - 17

There's also Jeremy Helan and Nikola Saric, but I'm not sure how old they are at the beginning of the game...
 
Don't take Iker Munian =(. Bilbao needs him to stay relevant in Spain.
 
Alborno is a class player. Brought him into my youth team in a different Inter save I was doing ages ago. Took over from Sneijder after a few years of good training/tutoring.
 
I just hope these players don't stagnate from playing at such a low level. Twould be a shame to loose some potential great players like that.
