I'm trying to post a new thread in fm stories but when I submit it, it just says 'Post denied. New posts are limited by number of URLs it may contain and checked if it doesn't contain forbidden words.' How do I post the thread?

Have a read of this thread mate, might answer some questions for you.
Unfortunately its a side affect of the fight against spam. Make some smaller posts in other threads first & eventually it will sort itself out.
