i buy new players, i press ask assistant on team talk, and i have changed tatics

have you praised players , fined them for poor performances , tried what Dunc said or tried a good tactic

whop is your assistant, he may be ****(and even the bst in the game can be bested without to much effort) what team do you play, are you using a tac that suits those players or do you want to play in a certain way your kinda not giving much info for one that neds/wants help mate.9
