Please help I am managing Worcester and I have got rid of all my wingers so I can only play formations with central midfielders (including ams/dms) every single formation i play i always lose. I have signed the best available talent but everytime im an underdog team the game is impossible to win. I am using 10.0.3. Please help i am on the brink of un-installing the game

use very rigid philosophy and creative freedom set to minimum as i doubt you'll have players who have plenty of flair and creativity.
