I have recently got football manager so i am relatively new to the game.
I have now tried 3 times with my team, Notts County, and got sacked once, nearly sacked 2nd time before i decided to start again on my 3rd time in which i have not yet won after around 8 games picking up 1 point.

Could someone please give me some recommendations and maybe some tactics please for Notts County at a 442 formation.

try a big team until you get used to it

If you need a 442 try il devasto (or something like that) peeople seem to have had success with it
