you will need to load up some of the South American nations, he plays for Saprissa, I cannot remember if you can select the Costa Rican nation to load as playable in Fm11...

if you cannot make sure you load a large database and select a few South American nations like Chile, Colombia, Mexico etc and he should appear

if you can load up the Costa Rican nation then that is what you do :0
