Every time i go to download something it comes in a FILE
these do not work on my computer
where can i download the premier leauge badges/kits in a FOLDER so i can put them on my game?

Yes. all of that is correct
I use google chrome
the second i download the file it comes up it cannot be opened so therefore i cannot use it
