i'm currently managing bolton (start from december at 2nd season). When i took over, the club is full of useless players (in my opinion) and is 18th in the league, plus a big zero in transfer budget as well. so i use reo coker n muamba n albelda as bwm (support) in quite a standard tactic: 4-3-1-2. the point is to expose their strengths n work rates to stop the opponents from tearing our team apart. i set both fullbacks to defend (especially when playing away). at team instructions, i set the team to play standard-balance-short passing-more disciplined creativity-more pressing-more agressive tackling-stick to position-play through center. the results is not bad, i won 10 games from 18. the most heavy defeat is 0-3 from man utd. lost 2-1 to totenham n 1-0 to man city. now the team is 10th in the league.
