after extracting the files to into the game Sports Interactive/Football Manager -graphics-faces then turned off "Use Skin Cache" in the game properties and ticked "Always Reload Skin On Confirm"
the faces still don't show up any help welcome!!

Does the pack you downloaded have a config.xml file in the folder ?

it does yes all other files 'ive put on work. like (kits, logos) etc
