I lost my beloved championship manager 03-04 so i bought a new one, and when i click on it for it to load up, it says, championship manager has stop working, please wait to see if we can fix the problem, why dows it do this, it has worked fine before on the same machine, just a different disk, I've tried unstalling it and re-installing it but that doesnt work 
please help :'(
