Right, im in my second season with Lyon, and have had a bid accepted for Cheilleni (sp?) and he wants 130k, but the best i can do is 100k, and im trying to give him everything: he wants 6m and 4m siging on fees but the best i can do is 3m each, what can i do? i really need this signing but i cant do anything

See if you can adjust the wage-transfer slider a bit. That's what i usually do.

Moved the wage thing down so the budget is different and still can't do it.... ****** tight ***** !

The max my board will allo a wage to be is 100k, how do i change this!?

That's because you don't have enough excessive wage. Try moving the slider all the way up to the transfer budget, and ask the board for more wage. Usually works for me.
