Helvetica neue ots EDITOR ERROR

Hi,
When I try to open the FM2012 Editor it appears an error saying that its impossible to find Helveticaneueots fount.


Can somebody help me solve this?

Yeah, im using the cracked FM. I've already tried download the font from the internet but it didn't help.
