Hi all after my first release on FM15 didn't hit the heights i hoped i went back to the drawing board.

I have tested on a little , working well winning some cups but this were in the years 2020 etc so i have just started testing on a good team see what it can really do yes i know what you all going to say real madrid to easy and yes after 11 league games i think it is so i have decided to give it a real test start in a low league in england and am to get promoted to each league a year at a time.

The formation is based around speed and passing the WM play a key part helping get the ball forward and getting back to help cover , The FB's really think before running forward to much making the right choice before getting forward is important they will get the ball forward and cross in quick, The AP controls the play in the midfield keeping the ball moving around the pitch,The BWM helps out the defense when the FB's go forward and also pushes up behind the AP, The DLF is a key player and main goal scorer he will drop back and help the team , The F9 will run around make trouble and will score goals.

and again i know its Real Madrid i will be testing in a lower english league soon.

I leave match setup and training to assistant .
pitch size normal/medium.

My team i have decided to use for my challenge of getting promoted each season till the premier league is Farnborough town
i will not change or edit tactic so this is a real test.

I need to point out im not claiming its a 100% winning tactic , it needs your work as a manager to keep players happy , fit and work well together.
You need to rotate players and keep them fit it's important to do this as the players need to run around a lot in this tactic.

UPDATE - I have failed in my test to get Farnborough promoted , i think i underestimated how the teams are so different to higher placed teams.
I will try again but with a div 1 team.

Thanks yes i have started findig it a bit of a struggle to start not because formation is bad but lack of players .

the tactic is on bottom of OP if you want to give it a go

Hi just choose the best players for them it doesn't make alot of odds
and get the asstant to deal with opp instructions.
only tip is to keep players fit and sub them when low.
 
UPDATE - my farnborough challenge is a real test im finding it very hard to start with due to the lack of players i have to rotate , fitness is a key problem ( i might have bit of more than i can chew)
 
LLM can be a challenge yes, that's what i find fun about it - had my different saves with Italian serie C og Vanamara Conference clubs and the same troubles getting the players I wanted/needed, unfit players and taking 4-5 months to get a tactic fully fluid. Free transfers and loaned players can help with the lack of players tho :)
 
I think you will have a very hard time i LLM if you conceded 16 goals in 11 games with Real Madrid. I think you need to do some improvements in the defence

He score 52 goals in 11 games, so 5 goals by match....

I think U can not have Good Attack and Good Defence

well the results of my challenge were a complete disaster , the problem i found was lack of players and fitness , maybe i was being a little ambitious. I will re test but try being a div 1 team instead.
 
Ok people I have started new season with league 1 side Walsall Media prediction is to finish 15th so here goes update to follow.
 
Gonna try this out with a Vanarama Conference team, see how bad it goes and if it's something there can be tweaked away :)
