Here's what happens..

I'm playing Norwich away and it's the first game of the season (i'm tottenham)..
By halftime the score is 0-3 and everything is going smoothly..
Well, in the second half my team just breaks down and by 85 it's 4-4..
I conceded another goal in 89 and lost the **** game..
After they scored their second goal, i even switched to my super defensive counter attacking tactic..
Still seemed like my team was at sea..
The crazy thing is that this happens more than you would think..
In the second half my team always plays like **** and we end up drawing or losing..
Is this a bug or what?
I cannot do anything to oppose this thing..
It's super annoying..
Some help would be appreciated..

Since i was winning 0-3 i told them that they were good and to keep it up (calmly)..

I normally cautiously say don't get complacent, whatever team I am or what the scoreline is (as long as I'm winning). It works nearly every time for me.
