Hey all! Does coach really know best???

New-ish to FM on my iPhone totally addictive a bit of a shame to see some bad reviews of it but personally I love it! Just wondered if it's best to listen to your coach all of the time?? I've got some young guys came through my youth academy (taken Albion rovers from division 3 to winning the SPL) and some of their stats are awesome yet the coach thinks other players are better???? Any thoughts on this?? Cheers! Hey Albion!!

1) dont always listen to coaches/scouts
2) the youth players probably have a better PA than your squad members who have better CA's than the youth and are overlooked by your coaches...

3) my philosophy is stats talk and PA walks...
4) if your players have the required stats, play them over your youth
