Well, depends on what do you want from free kicks... if they are on a max. distance 25 meters/yards they almost always shoot, otherwise put in your set pieces that your free kick takers cross far and you'll score 5-10 goals each season...
For corners, put in your set pieces aim near post and with a player with good heading(15+) will score you 15-25 goals per season in FM...
