HEY GUYS, NEES HELP!!

i downloaded fm12 from the net, and as i was downloading add-ons from fm base, i was creating the folders in order for them to work, ive done the folders correctly User(Your Name)/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/graphics-skins-editor data but as i go on preferences and untick 'use skin cache' and tick 'always reload skin and confirm' none of the skins,logos and faces are showing on the game.:/

Maybe i got the folders wrong or something, the steps are pretty straight forward but im still not getting it..lol
PLEASE HELP!!

sorry for the late reply, i downloaded it from a website called 'kick *** torrents' - @http://kat.ph/
your able to get movies, music, games, apps pretty much anything you want.
so i used torrents to download the game, im guessing that i have to buy the original game in order to work???
