HG in club players 2016.

Managed to get Burton Albion into the premier league and won the FA Cup and have literally no players that have home grown status from the club. How can i get players to get this?

If a player is there for three years before he turns 21

Do they have to come through your academy or can you buy them in? Do they automatically change when you have had them for 3 years before they are 21?
