I wanted to ask if in fm12 i get to be part of board after 10 years at a club, i remember when i played fm11 handheld on psp you got to be part of the board after 10 years at the club.

I don't think you can become part of the board or can you never have got through 10 seasons to find out.

Nope i haven't got through 10 seasons yet, I'm managing a lot of teams, one of them is Arsenal. It didn't give you much of anything, but in fm 11 handheld you couldn't upgrade the facilites and talk to board, I thought that if it would still be in fm 12 the board wouldn't question in my wishes so much...

your in dreamland , they is only so much of a relationship you can build with the board in this game , after ten years at the club you will just be classed as a legend but your position would stay the same as manager. .

If i was part of my board on the game. I would get a £600m loan from the bank and then retire
