Hidden player attributes

What do you guys feel is the quickest way to reveal all of a targets attributes?

Been constantly asking for report cards but after about 4 or 5 reports on the same player he still has about half of his attributes hidden (when i say hidden i mean between 11-15 for example)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Didnt u used to be able to set a scout on player for a set amount of match reports/time? ie 3 months, etc

It will depend on the quality of your scouts and their knowledge of the league.

If you start with 50% knowledge it will take longer.

As MUFC it took me about 3 months to get 100% scouting on Carlos Fierro, about 1 month for a player in Spain.

I start with 2 weeks and then for longer, all depends on how much more there is to find out.

Cheers, I thought it may depend on the quality of the reputation of the Scout.
Trying to scout a player with smaller clubs is very difficult as limited knowledge of players & poor rep scouts.
