I started as Hinckley and they must be the worst team on the game, my only tip is to sign young players under 21 on non contracts, set their team status to Hot Prospect and offer them as little appearance/win bonuses that you can get away with, I've signed 19 players just to fill out the team as they really are that thin on the ground. Played 9 Won 3 Drawn 2 Lost 4, really is tough at the moment, can't see how I'm going to make money unless I get a cup run as they have a loan that requires you to pay 20k a month back and they lose about 30k a month overall! Very Difficult!
