Hodgson rejects Sweden and Norway

You don't get Managers managing national and club teams, Hiddink was an exception to this though, Hodgson is fully committed to Fulham but his contract expires at the end of this season and I'm sure it is likely to be renewed around January, Norway and Sweden can wait til the end of the season due to Euro 2012 qualification not starting until after the world cup.
