8-|Hello,
I am now managing liverpool and have found a 4-3-3 formation that has won me 3 Premierships, 2 Champions Leagues, 1 FA Cup and 2 League Cups...

The Formation goes like this:

------GK------
DL--DC-DC--DR
------MC------
AML--------AMR
---SC-SC-SC---

This formation works well with the better teams in their league eg: Man City, Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal.. QPR, Swansea, Cardiff... Southampton etc.

Mentality- ATTACKING
Passing- SHORT
Tackling- COMMITTED
Pressing- YES

Playmaker- Your MC.. should be a good creative player, good at decision making and passing, I use Gerrard but you could use people such as; Nasri, Fabregas, Lampard etc.

Thanks, Hope this helps, you can move the AML and AMR back to the ML and MR position but make sure you set a run to the AML and AMR position, Sergio Aguero works very well in the central FC position, Thanks8-|
