I complete the first 4 or 5 games of each season and generally end up with 9/10 points from the 12 (with oxford and birmingham) and then i went on holiday..... and it all went wrong!
I did this on both games, and since i went on holiday i lost 80% of the games, went from top 5 or 6 to relegation problems but yet i had a good team and im sure other people have had the same problems.
So i am wondering, how you can make going on holiday worthwile and win as many games as you would if you were their? cos surely the only difference is the teamtalks and that cant be much difference?
What do you need to do to go on holiday successfully? Good assistant, tactics, match preparation etc?
