i swear on the back of the last two seasons - if he ever gets sick of being a manager, he'd have a massive career as a motivational speaker.

Blackpool have just become one of those clubs that everyone love. A manager who is so down to earth with a team with amazing morale and a real intent to do something this season rather than just making up the numbers after a fortunate promotion.
