In FM 13 is there home advantage and how do you improve it? by improving stadium or fan base?

I don't think anyone can give you a hard answer about that, but from my experiences having a good crowd helps. My team definitely played better when they returned to their home ground after rennos were completed (crowd sizes more than doubled). Also, the opposition tend to be a bit more defensive so you can game plan for that.

You can affect the pitch slightly (grass quality and size), plus having a bigger and/or more passionate crowd helps. Fairly sure the fans passions can be set on the editor, it could on FM12 anyway!
