I'm trying to developed a squad with a lot of home grown talents. But i'm having problems because a lot of countries wont let their youngster leave until they turn 18.
My question is that: If i signed a player the date he turned 18, Will is be classified as "Home-Grown" when he turned 21 in FM??? And is this true in real life too since the home grown rules gonna be applied pretty soon
